<description>There are two BCA Board meetings scheduled for May 7, 2012. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the BCA Board will hold its organizational meeting at which time they will elect new officers. The regular meeting of the BCA Board will begin at 7:00 p.m., and the information packet for that meeting is now available for downloading.

We encourage residents to attend BCA Board meetings to learn of Brandermill "happenings". For a quick snapshot of what the BCA Board will be discussing, read the attached agenda.</description>

At 3:00 a.m. this morning, a Neighborhood Watch Coordinator was up and looking out her window. She noticed moving flashlights between houses. The police were called, and it was discovered that two cars in Shadow Ridge had items removed from them. Both had unlocked car doors.

<title>Visual Perception Survey</title>

<description>The NRC at its April 18 meeting passed a motion to perform a visual perception survey on how residents may want to view the open space surrounding their neighborhoods. Creation of the survey itself has been proposed as a 2013 MPOC project. Brandermill, which was developed in three sections, has varying neighborhood styles, and it is felt that residents may want the surrounding open space to reflect transitioning styles.

<title>UPDATE: Vehicular Hang Tags</title>

<description>Boat renters including the marina renters get a hang tag when they pay for their boat stickers. The hang tag is not specific to a certain location so it can be used anywhere within Brandermill. We have two different hang tags: one for residents and one for guests.
